Janice was very patient and understanding and most importantly, when she came to my house to meet me and my cat, "Little Fingers," my fears were allayed.

I don't know what I would have done had I not met Janice. In the past two years, Janice has taken such excellent care of "Little Fingers" that we dub him her "Godson." She gives her true heart and soul 1,000% and devotes more time than imaginable to my cat's well being. Whenever I arrive home from a trip, he is happy, well groomed and most importantly, healthy. "Bobby and I (& Nimbus too) wanted to send a special note your way to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful job you did caring for our kitten while we were in Florida.

Having now experienced the difference between coming home to a cat who has been boarded vs. coming home to a cat who stayed in his home environment, I will never utilize a boarding facility again. The difference in his general temperament and attitude were remarkably different. The boarding facility brought with it a hissing angry Nimbus upon pick-up. When I arrived home from my trip and walked into my kitten lying on the floor doing his welcome home 'roll-over dance', I knew he'd been treated with love and care.

I will admit that on day one of our trip down south I was a nervous wreck and feeling super guilty about leaving Nimbus home but your regular phone calls and updates made all the difference. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation completely."
